David has been in the building and remodeling related business for over 30 years. Since the age of fifteen, when he worked for his uncles doing plumbing, carpentry and painting, he has always wanted to learn to do things the right way. He worked at every level in the business from sweeping floors at a hardware store to applying creative design solutions to remodeling projects. His hard work and perserverance show in everything he does. This positive attitude and work ethic are contagious.

Bob Rizza
Vice President, Customer Relations
As senior vice president of Kessler Financial Services, he spend over 20 years in business development. As the primary sales arm for MBNA America, Bob signed some of the largest and most profitable strategic alliances while at Kessler including professional sports teams and major non profit organizations. He understands the importance of paying close attention to detail and committed to customer satisfaction.
Working for a small family business, Bob understandably wears many hats. He is the primary person for sales, advertising, marketing and customer satisfaction. In addition, he also is responsible for IT and website maintenance. bob@lancercontracting.com
Peter Biagioli
Vice President, Plumbing Division
Peter has been with Lancer Contracting for 20 years. He has expertise in plumbing, carpentry and design. He is a licensed builder and a Master Plumber. His architectural training at the Boston Design Center adds depth to his exceptional skills.
Peter runs the plumbing division for Lancer Contracting. In addition to handling service calls, installing heating systems and other plumbing related services, Peter also handles the majority of the plumbing for Lancer's Contracting Division. peterb@lancercontracting.com
Eric Markarian
Vice President, Electrical Division
Eric Markarian began his career in the electrical field at age 15. As he was learning the electrical field at Shawsheen Valley Regional Technical High School, he was able to apply his education while working as an apprentice for an electrical contracting company. Shortly after obtaining his journeymans license at age 21, he started his own business doing commercial, residential and industrial work. As his business grew, he acquired a master electricians license. This allowed him to expand his business by hiring additional licensed electricians. By merging with Lancer, he brings with him his vast knowledge and extensive experience of lighting design, fire alarm systems, home automation systems, security systems, audio systems, and computer networking. Eric is kept up to date with advances in the electrical industry and by doing so has earned several certifications.
Eric oversees all the functions of Lancer Contracting's electrical division. He manages all the service work for the electrical division and also interacts with the contracting Division on all the larger contracting jobs. ericm@lancercontracting.com
